Goodbye Marcel
On May 28, 2009, Marcel Béliveau left to hit balls on a different course…
We knew him as a simple, honest, warm, sincere and generous man. He knew the importance of friendship, loyalty and keeping his word. He was always optimistic, determined and he paid attention to detail.
He had a healthy way of dealing with his celebrity status. He was serious about his goals and what he wanted to achieve in life. His image and stardom were not important to him. He had a healthy and true take on life, and he prioritized living over keeping up appearances.
Marcel didn’t pretend. He was always committed to the sweet, serene and tranquil forces that characterize visionaries.
Having had the privilege of knowing and appreciating him, we lost a friend and a master.
Marcel believed in his method so much that he traveled to Paris to go to the most recent Salon du Golf in mid-March 2009, even though his health was greatly impaired by his terrible disease. It was for us a great lesson in courage, determination and hope. His last goal in life was to see his golf method live on and be used by a great number of people.
We therefore want and feel obliged to make his revolutionary golf method known to the world. It’s our way to stick to our word and to remain faithful to Marcel’s life philosophy: making people happy.
